IMPORTANT: THIS TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (EITHER AN INDIVIDUAL OR, IF PURCHASED OR OTHERWISE ACQUIRED BY OR FOR AN ENTITY, AN ENTITY) AND LIKEROOT SERVER TECHNOLOGIES. READ IT CAREFULLY. AMONG OTHER PROVISIONS, IT CONTAINS TICKET RESPONSE TIME , PAYMENTS POLICY , SUPPORT POLICY, REFUND POLICY , CANCELLATION , WARRANTY INFORMATION AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMERS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, YOU MAY NOT USE OUR SERVICES.
A) Support Ticket Response Time
Likeroot Server Technologies is following strict policy to respond to all customer cases within 30 Minutes to 1 hour depending on the type of plan taken. An incident ticket is assigned a priority number based on the nature of the issue. Initial response is defined to be the first contact by a Support Engineer after the incident has been logged and a ticket generated. A status update will be communicated to the customer if the incident cannot be resolved immediately. A final follow-up with the customer occurs on the resolution date. The ticket will remain Resolved until confirmation is received that the customer is satisfied with the resolution. Once a ticket has been marked as Resolved by an agent, the creator has 48 hours to Reopen the ticket. This can be done simply by replying to the resolution email, or by adding a comment to the ticket by visiting its page. If a ticket is reopened, the agent will do what’s required to complete the request, and will mark the ticket as Resolved again.If a Resolved ticket is not Reopened, it will automatically change to Closed status after 48 hours
B) Payment Policy
Likeroot may temporarily deny service or terminate this agreement upon the failure of the customer to pay charges when due. Such termination or denial will not relieve subscriber of responsibility for the payment of all accrued charges. Service will be interrupted on accounts that reach 7 days past due.Likeroot will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer because of your failure to make payment. Likeroot makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, for the services we provide.
C) Price and Plans
Prices are subject to change without notice. However your prices remain the same as those when you signed up, during your contract period.
D) Support Policies
Likeroot Server Technologies provides no guarantee of service scope, but rather a case-by-case evaluation of each request to determine viability based on our knowledge, availability, and capacity to provide and support the request. The Customer should make no assumption of our ability to fulfil a task when such as not been indicated by us.
D.1) Access Policies
Services can only be provided on a Linux operating system accessible through SSH and adequate access to fulfil the request. We cannot provide services for components outside of your server, even if these components are a contributing factor to your issue. This includes hardware such as routers and switches, and software that may be installed on these devices or others on your network.
D.2) Software Policies
Likeroot Server Technologies won’t provide any support for third-party software’s which are not a part of or included with the web hosting control panels, Virtualization control panels , operating systems, hardware or networks. If additional software installation or support is needed, then they will be billed as separate service requests.
D.3) Script Policies
If you plan to install or customize your scripts, you should have the ability to troubleshoot the software you install, or have access to someone who does (such as the author of the script), because we don’t know how your script is supposed to work, what are the security issues or damages caused by it. So we can’t provide any sort of assistance with scripts or coding issues.
E) Usage Restrictions
Each management services is managed and maintained by its primary IP address. So all Likeroot server management plans are not allowed to change the IP address of Management plans. If you need to change IP , we recommend you to order new services.
F) Refund Policy
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-base basis upon written request by the customer via our client portal. The written request must be submitted within seven 7 days of payment , Likeroot Server Technologies does not explicitly guarantee a refund for any provided services, especially if services have already been rendered. We don’t provide any refund for one-time services like server migrations , server optimization , hourly services or customers who used our TRIAL services before purchasing our management service.
G) Cancellation
You are able to cancel your service at any time by providing us with a written authorization to cease the Service via email or through our support desk. Once you do this and receive confirmation from us you will not be billed again. We don’t offer a refund for any fees paid in advance when you cancel your service.We will notify you if your credit card payment does not go through. If you’re unable to rectify this issue within 14 days we may disconnect your service. No service will be provided after your Service Plan has been canceled.If you have any Paypal Subscriptions for any product and services, then you may need to unsubscribe it from your Paypal account at the time of cancellation for those respective services. We won’t provide any refund for the automatic Paypal subscriptions. It will be automatically added as a credit to your account within our billing system.
H) Refusal of Service
Likeroot Server Technologies reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse or cancel service at any time, for any reason. Violation of any of Likeroot Server Technologies Policies or Terms of Service could result in a account termination. Accounts may be terminated for any or no reason at all without any prior notice to the customer. Accounts or services terminated due to policy violations will not be refunded.
H.1) Abuse
We won’t tolerate any abusive or threatening behaviour towards our employees, agents and contractors is unacceptable regardless of circumstances and from whom the behaviour comes. Whilst recognising that mental health and related behavioural problems may contribute to abusive and/or threatening behaviour, this will not be used as an absolute mitigation or justification for abusive or threatening behaviour towards employees, agents and contractors. Any customer deemed at our sole discretion to be abusive to our company and/or service we provide and/or our employees will result in immediate irrevocable account termination without any refund.
I) Disclaimer
Likeroot Server Technologies WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES YOUR BUSINESS MAY SUFFER. Likeroot Server Technologies MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED FOR SERVICES WE PROVIDE. Likeroot Server Technologies DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA RESULTING FROM DELAYS, HACKING FROM INSECURITIES, PROLONGED DOWNTIME FROM LACK OF ACTION TO MONITORING, NON-DELIVERIES, WRONG DELIVERY, AND ANY AND ALL SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS CAUSED BY Likeroot Server Technologies AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES, CONTRACTORS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, SHAREHOLDERS, OR DIRECTORS. Likeroot Server Technologies RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND OR UPDATE THESE POLICIES WITHOUT NOTICE. FAILURE TO FOLLOW ANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY RESULT IN ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION.
