Cloud infrastructure work usually starts in one of two states: a team that's already on AWS, GCP, or Azure but has outgrown a setup that was fine for the first few users, or a team still deploying by hand and paying for it in downtime and 2am fixes. Both are normal starting points — the fix looks different depending on which one you're in.

For teams already in the cloud, the work is usually about turning implicit knowledge into explicit infrastructure: the environment variables someone remembers, the manual step before every deploy, the server nobody's sure is still needed. Infrastructure as code isn't a checkbox — it's what lets a second engineer understand the system without a handoff meeting.

A partial migration that's actually finished beats a full migration that's 80% done and abandoned.

For teams still deploying manually, the first milestone is never automating everything at once. It's picking one service, building a real CI/CD pipeline for it end to end, and proving the pattern works before rolling it out further. A partial migration that's actually finished beats a full migration that's 80% done and abandoned.

We size the tooling to the problem. Kubernetes is a real answer for genuine multi-service scaling needs; it's overkill for a team running three containers that don't need independent scaling. Our default recommendation is the simplest setup that solves the actual bottleneck, with a clear next step if growth demands more later.

What's included

We design cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines so shipping code is a routine, low-risk event — not a source of downtime.

Part of one lifecycle, not a standalone service.

Approach

How we work on this specifically.

1

Assess the current pipeline

We map how code moves from commit to production today, including the manual steps nobody's written down.

2

Design pipeline & environments

Infrastructure as code, staged environments, and a CI/CD pipeline sized to your team, not a generic template.

3

Automate & document

Deploys become a command, not a checklist — with runbooks your team can actually follow.

Frequently asked

We already have a cloud account — do you work within it?

Yes. We work inside your existing AWS, GCP, or Azure account and access controls rather than requiring a migration to start.

Can you help us move off manual deploys without downtime?

That's typically the first milestone — a working pipeline for one service before we touch the rest of the fleet.

Do you support Kubernetes if we're not on it yet?

We'll recommend Kubernetes only where the complexity is justified — otherwise a simpler container or VM-based setup is often the right call.
