This is where Likeroot started, and it's still the most literal version of operations discipline we offer: real servers, real control panels, real incidents at real hours. Most of what we manage is Linux, most of it runs cPanel, DirectAdmin, or Plesk, and most of the work is unglamorous — patching, monitoring, responding to alerts before a client notices anything's wrong.

Taking over a server someone else has been managing is the majority of new engagements here, not the exception. We start with an audit: what's actually installed, what's actually being used, what's been quietly misconfigured for years because nobody wanted to touch a working system. We don't change anything until we understand what we're inheriting.

Proxmox and virtualization work extends the same discipline to teams consolidating physical hardware or building out a private cloud on their own infrastructure rather than a public provider — same monitoring standards, same patching cadence, different underlying layer.
